Comes the IMLEMENTATION PHASE
The Trainee’s (coached) Practice Path

Unspecified duration (everyone’s different!) – but as little as 2-3 weeks, but often 1-2 months, sometimes more (depends on how much practice and how well guidance is followed)

Objective/Outcome:

Faster, habitual but equally Accurate touch typing

And it takes as long as it takes, depending how intensely the trainee can apply themselves.
